Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email info@relevebrands.com or call 832-498-3411 within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and the product(s) you are returning.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to.
3. Ship the product back to us. Please include your order number in the package.

Product condition. Because we stand behind our products, you may return opened or partially used items.

Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

Refunds. Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm and issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method within 30 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days for the credit to appear. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
